HIDDEN HILLS (KABC) -- A Hidden Hills home belonging to Kim Kardashian was burglarized over the weekend, resulting in the arrest of one man, authorities confirmed.
A security guard called the police just before 4 p.m. Sunday to report the burglary, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Neither Kardashian nor her children were in the home, which is undergoing renovations.
The 27-year-old suspect entered the property through a side door and was later seen loading items into a car, the sheriff's department added.
The suspect also stole a car that was at the home and allegedly took it for a joyride before being arrested on suspicion of burglary. Eyewitness News has confirmed that the car belongs to a staff member, not Kardashian herself.
Kardashian has not publicly commented on the incident.
