Kylie Jenner sued by second housekeeper alleging discrimination

A housekeeper who was employed by Kylie Jenner has filed a lawsuit against the reality star, claiming the worker suffered cruel and unusual treatment.

Juana Delgado Soto on Wednesday filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Kylie Jenner, Kylie Jenner Inc., staff supervisor Itzel Sibrian, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services. This comes a week after Jenner was sued by a woman on her cleaning staff.

Soto alleges that she wrote a letter to the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star after suffering abuse from other staff employed by Jenner.

The 31st Critics Choice Awards were held Sunday, kicking off the first awards show of the year.

The lawsuit alleges racial discrimination, harassment, failure to pay wages, and failure to prevent or remedy harassment and discrimination. It claims Soto was subjected to harassment by Sibrian, her direct supervisor, who mocked her English, "laughing at her, calling her stupid, and asking why she can't speak proper English."

In early June 2024, Sibrian allegedly began retaliating against Soto "for her prior complaints by subjecting her to harsher treatment, reducing her pay from $41.66 an hour to $35.00 an hour without explanation, changing her schedule so she no longer works overtime and assigning unreasonable workloads," according to the lawsuit.

Jenner's team said the beauty mogul had not yet seen the the court filing and declined to comment.
