
LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Los Angeles High School was placed on lockdown Friday afternoon following a report of an armed person near the campus.
Officers responded to the campus on Olympic Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Police said someone received a threat about possibly two men armed with guns on or near the school.
LAPD said the campus was cleared out of an abundance of caution, but no evidence of a suspect or shots fired were found. No further information was available.
