'Tesla Road rage driver' sentenced to prison in Hawaii

The man known in Southern California as the "Tesla Road rage driver" is now headed to prison in Hawaii.

Nathaniel Radimak was arrested in Hawaii last year for a road rage incident and accused of assaulting a woman and her 18-year-old daughter. On Thursday, after pleading no contest, he was sentenced to seven years in prison.

"I take accountability, just feel bad about it. It shouldn't happen," Radimak told the judge during the sentencing. "But I really need a certain kind of treatment that is being prolonged. And farther away, it's not helping me. But I take accountability."

Before the Hawaii assault, Radimak was sentenced to five years in prison for multiple assault counts connected to road rage in Los Angeles County, but was released after serving less than a year due to prison overcrowding. Some of the road rage incidents were caught on camera.

He was then arrested in Honolulu in 2025 for the attack on the mother and daughter.

As part of her ruling, the judge said Radimak did not seek the medical treatment he needed. She also said he consumed illegal substances while already on parole for other crimes.
