"Tron" fans get ready to return to the Grid. "Tron: Ares" tickets are on sale now.

In a new featurette celebrating the next chapter, director Joachim Ronning explains why it was important to "raise the bar to the next level" and take the movie to the real world. He reveals production shut down Vancouver, Canada for six weeks at night to film Lightcycle (futuristic motorcycle) scenes to get electrifying action sequences.

Ares himself, Jared Leto, shares why he wanted to join the film, "I love 'Tron.' You know, you saw this film as a kid, and there you are standing, completely lit up and you hop on the Lightcycle."

Jeff Bridges, who starred as Kevin Flynn in the original 1982 "Tron," returns for the latest installment, "Seeing 'Tron' progress from the original to 'Tron: Ares' is just fantastic," he reveals in the featurette.

Included in "Tron's" progress is nabbing Nine Inch Nails to compose the original motion picture soundtrack along with creating original songs for "Tron: Ares."

Check out the first "Tron: Ares" song to be released and Nine Inch Nails' official music video for "As Alive As You Need Me To Be" now. Their new single also marks the first official new music from the band in five years. The complete "Tron: Ares" Original Motion Picture Soundtrack releases September 19 from Interscope Records.

"Tron: Ares" also stars Evan Peters, Jodie Turner-Smith, Hasan Minhaj, Gillian Anderson, Cameron Monaghan, Greta Lee, Arturo Castro and more.

Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures' "Tron: Ares" hits theaters October 10.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures and this ABC station.
