Think real estate is pricey where you live? A Beverly Hills mansion is now the most expensive property on the U.S. market.
The Palazzo di Amore in Beverly Hills includes a 50-seat private screening room as a part of its 15,000-square-foot entertainment center, that also includes a bowling alley and ballroom complete with DJ booth.
Love to cook (or eat)? The chef's kitchen includes a commercial-size walk-in refrigerator and the wine cellar can hold 3,000 bottles and also includes a tasting room.
All the friends you invite over to watch movies and bowl and dance the night away will have plenty of places to park. There's room for 150 cars in the property's motor court.
And don't worry about waiting in line for the bathroom, Palazzo di Amore has 23.
If you've already fallen in love with the Palazzo di Amore, be prepared to pull out your checkbook. The property hit the market this week at a cool $195 million. If it were to sell at that impressive asking price, it would surpass the $120 million Copper Beech Farm in Greenwich, Conn. as the most expensive residential property ever sold in the United States.
