Los Angeles Sparks forward Nneka Ogwumike, who has missed the past three games with back issues, is listed as probable for Sunday's matchup with the Chicago Sky.

Ogwumike played just seven minutes in the Sparks' Aug. 30 victory over Atlanta, leaving that game with a back injury. Los Angeles has lost two of its three games since, although the Sparks nearly knocked off league-leading Seattle on Friday. That game ended with Jewell Loyd's buzzer-beating 3-pointer with less than a second left, giving the Storm a 90-89 victory that kept them atop the WNBA standings at 15-3.

It will be a boost if the Sparks get back Ogwumike, the 2016 WNBA MVP who is averaging 12.3 points and 4.4 rebounds. The Sparks, 13-5, finish the WNBA regular season with the Sky, the New York Liberty, the Washington Mystics and the Las Vegas Aces.

The top two teams in the WNBA standings earn a bye into the best-of-five semifinals.
