LAS VEGAS -- The Las Vegas Raiders entered Sunday's game with the Cleveland Browns with the worst running attack in the NFL.

So, of course, the Raiders would ride their running game to their first touchdown of the day. Using some trickery on third-and-goal from the Browns' 3-yard line.

Because after quarterback Gardner Minshew took the snap from the shotgun formation, he handed off to running back Zamir White, who was on his left side. White ran two steps to his right and then pitched to an oncoming Tre Tucker at about the 11-yard line.

The speedy Raiders receiver raced to the left pylon, just beating Browns cornerback Martin Emerson Jr. for the score, his second touchdown of the season, to pull the Raiders to within 10-7 with 9:50 to play in the second quarter.

The Raiders ran the ball nine times for 42 yards on their 11-play, 70-yard TD drive.

Then, in the third quarter, another receiver got into the whole running-the-ball-for-a-TD act.

Coming from the right side, DJ Turner took a quick inside handoff from Minshew and, following an excellent block from tight end Brock Bowers that took out two Browns defenders, Turner aimed for the left sideline. There, he followed another block from Tucker and zigged, then zagged, to the left pylon, beating Browns cornerback Cameron Mitchell for his first career TD, an 18-yarder that concluded a six-play, 52-yard drive.

After falling behind 10-0, the Raiders had scored 20 straight unanswered points.
