Kaiser Permanente Chairman and CEO Bernard J. Tyson dies at 60

A trailblazer in health care and a giant in community building, Bernard Tyson, the chairman and CEO of Kaiser Permanente died in his sleep early Sunday morning at the age of 60. He leaves behind a wife and three sons.
