Seeking 'new energy,' Canadiens turn to Claude Julien as coach

Calling him "one of the league's best" coaches, the first-place Canadiens on Tuesday hired Claude Julien to replace the fired Michel Therrien, who had guided Montreal to a 31-19-8 record.
