Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. says he was fined $18,000 by the NFL for wearing nonconforming cleats that were a tribute to the late broadcaster Craig Sager.
Odell Beckham Jr. said his "Why so serious?" joker cleats from Monday night's game in Miami had nothing to do with Carolina cornerback Josh Norman.
