Cardell Hayes testifies he shot Will Smith after ex-Saint retrieved gun

Cardell Hayes, the man who fatally shot retired Saints star Will Smith, told the jury Saturday that he did so only after a drunken Smith retrieved a gun from his SUV following an April car crash.
