A man who was pushed onto New York City subway tracks in the path of an oncoming train is recounting the harrowing, near-death experience.
Daniel Penny is expected to turn himself in Friday to face criminal charges in connection with the chokehold death of Jordan Neely.
Daniel Penny, 24, has been identified by his attorneys as the US Marine veteran who held down Jordan Neely on Monday afternoon while they were aboard the train in NYC.
Before he was killed, Jordan Neely said, "I don't care if I die. I don't care if I go to jail. I don't have any food ... I'm done," said Juan Alberto Vazquez, a witness who recorded the altercation on video.
Two people were stabbed on LA's Metro Red Line in separate attacks just hours apart Thursday.
