Thousands to attend memorial service for sheriff's sergeant slain in Lancaster

Family members, government officials and thousands of law enforcement officers on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2016, are expected to attend a memorial service in the Antelope Valley for a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department sergeant who was shot and killed in the line of duty.
