The 'Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation' helps patients ride the waves of their illness

Wildwood, NJ -- Dean Randazzo was a talented surfing competitor, but everything changed after discovering he had Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

He then decided to help create the Dean Randazzo Cancer Foundation.

Through their events such as "Paddle With A Cause," they have raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to donate.

Now, Randazzo's love for being out on the water is shared with the community in order to raise money for cancer patients.

Their next event, "Surf For A Cause," will be happening in Margate this September.

All of their recipients are local to South Jersey, and apply to their board to receive funds.
