ORANGE, Calif. (KABC) -- Dozens of cyclists hit the road in Orange County to honor a local man killed while riding his bike one year ago.
Joseph Robinson, 21 was killed last February when he was struck by a car driven by a Tustin teenager, allegedly high on meth.
Robinson's family and friends want to make sure more cyclists don't suffer the same fate.
