Film featuring singing seniors debuts

HOLLYWOOD The members of "Young at Heart" range from 73- to 92-years-old, and they offer unique interpretations of rock songs from Bruce Springsteen, Nirvana, Radiohead, The Clash and more.

While the documentary whets your appetite for what these singers can do, L.A. audiences will have the chance to see their inspirational performances live.

"When I'm on stage, and when I am singing, I hope it will lift the elder people up and let them know that we are old, but we are still young at heart," said Dora Morrow of Young at Heart. "And we can do this, too. And all we have to do, is just having something we want to do -- you just do it."

You can see "Young at Heart: Alive and Well" next week for a one-night only performance at the Wilshire Theatre in Beverly Hills. The senior singers will perform live next Thursday, Apr. 17. Tickets are available now at Ticketmaster and the Wilshire Theatre box office.
