LOS ANGELES --
The head of Los Angeles World Airports is expected to appear before two Los Angeles City Council committees Wednesday to answer questions about work at LAX Airport.Executive Director Gina Marie Lindsey will answer questions about two multi-million dollar contracts awarded to two companies.
Lindsey is accused of improperly influencing the decision to hire the two firms.
Neither company received the highest rank during the selection process.
Yesterday, the L.A. City Council agreed to review the contracts, which include designing a new midfield concourse and expansions at the Tom Bradley International terminal.
