Web site offers discounts to groups

LOS ANGELES The Web site Groupon.com is one of a few new sites that offers discounts to groups.

The site works with businesses to get coupons by guaranteeing a minimum number of people will use them.

Each day it has a new offer. People can sign up and invite others to join.

Groupon is only available in some cities, but it is in Los Angeles.
