Burned body found in Irvine parking lot

IRVINE, Calif. Police released a sketch of the victim, described as African American, in her early 20's, approximately six feet tall and weighing 150 pounds.

Police believe the body was dumped in the parking lot of the businesses along Kettering, just hours after she suffered burns.
