Huntington Beach addresses could change

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. The Orange County Register is reporting the city is considering changes or clarifications to several street names. They include West Adams Avenue, Seapoint Avenue, and Goldenwest Street.

City leaders say the changes would help streamline public safety services.

More than 5,000 addresses could be affected. There will be community meetings next month and a vote in December.

If approved, the changes would go into effect in January.
