LAGUNA HILLS, Calif. --
A 21-year-old Laguna Beach man is behind bars. He was arrested Monday for allegedly setting fires in his hotel room.Robert Cooper was booked on suspicion of arson, making terrorist threats, battery, resisting arrest and disconnecting a fire alarm.
Deputies say Cooper set fire to papers in his room at a Holiday Inn on La Paz Road in Laguna Hills.
He got into a scuffle with the manager who turned up to investigate the smell of smoke. Cooper ran away to a nearby coffee shop.
Orange County Sheriff's deputies tasered cooper at a nearby bank.
