San Bernardino County District Attorney's investigators claim Alvarez abducted two children from their Fontana home and fled to Utah. He kept the children and refused to return to California because he had five outstanding warrants for his arrest.
San Bernardino County officials found the children and returned them to their lawful guardian in California. Alvarez was returned to California last week. He was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
