Twentynine Palms bank robber sought

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help to identify a bank robbery suspect who held up a US Bank at 6324 Adobe Road, in Twentynine Palms.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help to identify a bank robbery suspect who held up a US Bank at 6324 Adobe Road, in Twentynine Palms.Detectives say Monday about 9:54 a.m., a man in his late 50s entered the bank and demanded cash. After receiving the money, he left on foot. He was described as either Latino or a white man with a dark tan.

The suspect was wearing a blue Dickies shirt, blue pants and a light colored fisherman's hat.

Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, Morongo Basin Station at (760) 366-4175.
