He's accused of drugging and raping a 29-year-old friend and then shaving the man's body hair.
The victim says he was drugged and sexually assaulted in Marshall's shower.
Marshall admits the men showered together, but denies the charges.
Marshall is free on $100,000 bail and will be arraigned January 26.
