Tye also was charged with two felony counts of dissuading a witness from reporting a crime.
Tye was arrested by Orange County Sheriff's deputies. He was held on $500,000 bail.
Tye is accused of meeting the 17-year-old unidentified female online, then meeting with her for unlawful sex several times at his home and in a Disneyland parking lot.
He is also accused of unlawful sex with the 14-year-old unidentified female multiple times in his home.
Tye is also accused of having several videotapes of himself having sex with apparent minor females. Those females had not been identified Thursday.
