That's the ruling by a judge Tuesday, who ordered the L.A. County Sheriff's Department to hand over video and other evidence to Richardson's parents by Wednesday.
Richardson, who investigators say had some sort of mental breakdown, was arrested for failing to pay a restaurant bill in Malibu. She was released in the early-morning hours without a car, money or cell phone.
Her body was found not far from the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station in Malibu more than a year later.
