Fullerton resident James Arroyo, 54, is charged with multiple misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. If convicted on all counts, Arroyo faces a maximum sentence of three years and six months in jail as well as sex offender registration.
The defendant is currently out of custody on $25,000 bail. He's scheduled to be arraigned March 14 in Santa Ana.
Several female inmates worked under his supervision and the investigation is ongoing.
