The Girl Scouts are celebrating a big birthday with a brand new cookie dubbed "Savannah Smiles."

It's a lemon cookie that bakers describe as cool and crisp, with just the right number of lemon chips to deliver tiny bursts of flavor.

This year marks the Girl Scouts' 100th anniversary.

The new cookie's name is a nod to the heritage of the Girl Scouts' founder, Juliette Gordon Low.

Savannah is the city where the youth organization was started in 1912.
