Blake Lively gets extended stay-away order against accused stalker

LOS ANGELES

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Carol Boas Goodson issued the extension against Sergei Mifle, who allegedly visited the "Gossip Girl" set and also repeatedly called the star's mother, telling her he was "deeply concerned" about her daughter and claimed he needed to help her because she was troubled.

Lively said she feared for her personal safety and the safety of her mother, so the actress asked a judge to issue a restraining order back in February.

The order prevents Mifle from coming within 100 yards of the home, work places or cars of Lively and her mother.

The 24-year-old actress expressed her concerns in a sworn, saying she was "worried that Mifle might follow me around and harm me."
