Huntington Park deaths may be murder-suicide

HUNTINGTON PARK, Calif.

Police say they were called to a home in the 2600 block of 56th Street near Pacific Avenue Tuesday afternoon.

According to officers, a family member dialed 911 saying there had been a murder-suicide.

Police have not confirmed the murder-suicide, but they said they're not seeking any suspects and there was no evidence of a break-in.

Authorities identified the man and woman as Adalberto Reyes and Juana Reyes. The husband and wife were 72 and 69 years old, respectively. Coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter said autopsies were pending to determine the exact causes of death.
