4.0 earthquake shakes parts of San Bernardino County

LUDLOW, Calif. (KABC) -- A 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck near the small town of Ludlow in San Bernardino County Monday morning.

The quake hit at 2:21 a.m. The epicenter was about eight miles northwest of Ludlow and 44 miles east of Barstow.
