LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An elderly couple and their adult son were found dead, decomposing in their apartment in central Los Angeles. Their deaths are being investigated as a possible murder-suicide.

Their apartment manager entered the home in the 1100 block of Crenshaw Boulevard at about 3 p.m. Saturday because of a strong odor, police said.

The bodies were found in two separate rooms. Police believe the son killed his elderly parents and then took his own life.

Anyone with information is asked to call West Bureau Homicide Detectives at (213) 382-9470.
