Couple create AdvoCat heroine for pet adoption PSAs

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A Northern California animal film festival is featuring a film produced by a local couple.

The two created a superhero: AdvoCat. She's a cat-loving heroine who defends abused and neglected pets.

They have produced three episodes, which offer tailored public service announcements for pet adoption services around the world.
