Florida State strength and conditioning coach Vic Viloria was arrested on DUI charges early Saturday morning with blood-alcohol levels of .124 and .125.

The legal limit is .08.

According to the police report, Viloria was seen "passed out" behind the wheel of his truck at a traffic light. When awakened by a police officer, Viloria claimed he was coming from work where he had consumed "multiple alcoholic drinks" and had "three 'big' drinks while in his office on FSU campus."

Viloria was released from the Leon County Jail early Saturday morning.

The Seminoles released a statement Saturday afternoon, but offered no details:

"We are aware of the reported incident and are in the process of gathering more information. The issue falls under the human resources policies for university employees, which restricts further comment at this time."

Viloria, who was also booked on property damage charges for hitting a traffic sign, signed a contract extension with Florida State in July.
