Government sues Cheesecake Factory

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission said men were harassing other men at a restaurant in Chandler, Arizona.

The complaint said the men were allegedly grabbed and forced to endure simulated sex with their clothes on.

The three victims reportedly told the government the Cheesecake Factory managers "seemed to kind of find the whole thing amusing."

The Calabasas-based chain says it is committed to providing a positive, productive and professional work environment.
