Carona asks judge to dismiss charges

SANTA ANA, Calif. He's accusing prosecutors of misleading the grand jury with false testimony, and what he calls "outrageous government conduct." His defense team is also requesting to move the trial, which is expected to start Tuesday.

Carona is accused of trading access to his office in exchange for hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash and financial gifts.
