Study: Kids endurance affected by TV

Their findings support an American Academy of Pediatrics guideline that advises parents limit their kids screen time to two hours a day.

In the study, experts found that those kids who spent more time in front of the TV and computer - were much less fit than other kids who had less screen time.

One suggestion from the study is that parents take out the TV's from their kid's rooms.
