L.A. to discuss plan to reduce graffiti

LOS ANGELES The public safety commission is meeting to discuss a proposal to reduce tagging, graffiti and vandalism.

One idea is to ban businesses from selling hydroflouric acid and spray paint to minors. Another idea suggested is to require spray paint purchasers to show ID.

Los Angeles already requires retailers to keep spray paint cans in a locked container.
