Budget cuts reduce state parks services

LOS ANGELES At places like Huntington State Beach, San Onofre State Beach and Leo Carillo State Park, those changes will include reduced hours, closing some restrooms, and reducing lifeguards, cleaning and trash service.

The reduced services will stay in effect through next June.
