O.C. white supremacist gets death sentence

SANTA ANA, Calif. Prosecutors say 46-year-old Billy Joe Johnson lured his childhood friend, Scott Miller, to his shooting death in March 2002, months after he gave what he thought was an anonymous interview on television.

Johnson was already serving life in prison for a 2004 gang-related killing.

He did not address the court as the judge gave him the death penalty.
