The war over huge building-sized signs called supergraphics is heating up with the arrest of a Pacific Palisades businessman.49-year-old Kayvan Setareh was arrested at his home Friday night. Setareh is accused of plastering an eight-story-high movie advertisement on a building at Hollywood and Highland for the film "How to Train Your Dragon."

His arrest is part of City Attorney Carmen Trutanich's crackdown on unpermitted supergraphics.

City officials say the huge signs are a threat to public safety.

Setareh was jailed on $1 million bail and is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
