ARCADIA, Calif. When completed in 2014, the $690 million project will extend the line just over 11 miles.

The new extension will run from Pasadena through Arcadia, Monrovia, Duarte, Irwindale and Azusa.

The /*Gold Line*/ extension is the first project funded by /*Measure R*/, which was passed by voters in 2008.
