One of 'Bell Eight' released on bail

LYNWOOD, Calif. Former Bell city manager Angela Spaccia was freed from Lynwood Jail Friday night after a judge gave her permission to post $350,000 bail.

The 52-year-old Spaccia faces four felony counts connected to the Bell city salaries scandal and could get up to 10 years in jail if convicted.

She is the fourth member of the eight Bell city officials jailed to post bail.
