Driver crashes into L.A. restaurant, kills 1

HIGHLAND PARK, Calif. The driver was on York Boulevard when he lost control and slammed into Troy's Restaurant.

The woman who died was described by police to be in her 50s.

A 20-year-old man who was injured is in critical condition.

Two others suffered minor injuries.

The driver was questioned and released at the scene.
