Jackman was trying to repel from the top of the Sydney Opera House onto the stage on Tuesday when he hit the brakes too soon and smacked his face on a lighting rig.

The actor got bandaged up and continued with the interview.

He said the stunt was "so much fun until the end."

Oprah flew 300 of her fans to Australia for an eight-day ultimate adventure that included sailing with actor Russell Crowe.

The trip began last week and will end with two taped shows.

The "O-vasion" will collectively cost the Australian government $5 million. However Oprah's exposure, so far has raked in $38 million for the economy.
