No leak was found and the evacuation all-clear sounded Monday afternoon.
CSX railroad spokesman Gary Sease says no chemicals were in the cars that derailed Monday morning in Newton Falls, about 20 miles northwest of Youngstown.
Some of the derailed cars tumbled off a trestle.
Trumbull County Emergency Management Agency Director Linda Beil says no injuries were reported.
The cause is under investigation.
