Jana Spires, 39, was arrested Saturday morning near Springbrook Elementary School, where someone set a stack of pizza boxes on fire. No damage was caused to the school.
Authorities say Spires is responsible for several trash can and vehicle fires that began last July.
Her bail has been set at $50,000.
