Witnesses told police that a fight started inside Charlie Jewell's Restaurant and Bar on East State Street at about 1:30 a.m. Saturday.
Workers moved the men involved outside, but shortly after that, one suspect shot three other men and then ran away.
The suspect was described as a man in his early 20s, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds.
Authorities said a 22-year old man was killed. Another 22-year old man was taken to a hospital for surgery, and a 23-year-old man was injured but is expected to survive.
The victims' names were not immediately released.
