Linda and Howard Horn are accused of registering for online access to their relative's account and using that access to write checks. Howard Horn is also charged with residential burglary. Linda Horn faces an additional criminal damage to property charge.
The investigation started in October when the victim told police someone was writing checks from her bank account.
